1. Chips Bag Gift Wrap

We’ve all been there – we have the gift and then realize we have nothing to wrap it in nor even a gift bag in sight around the house. But one thing most people do have is a bag of chips – and it’s about to save the day.

For last-minute gift ideas, you can makeshift a bag of chips into gift wrappers.

Just pick up an empty bag of chips and look for anything around the house that you think would make for a great Christmas gift.

Clean whatever’s left inside the bag and then turn it inside out. Place the gift within the bag before twisting it from the top.

Now all that’s left is to tie the top with a piece of ribbon and you’re good to go.

And if you don’t have a ribbon on you at the moment, you can improvise by cutting the top edge of the chip bag and tie it on to the wrapper instead. It’s convenient and it saves you plenty of time.

Next, trim the aluminum paper into a shape of a square that is a couple of inches longer than a toilet paper tube. Make a cut in the middle of the tube so that you can wrap the aluminum foil around the outside and then have the edges folded inward to hold it in place.

Push the foil in at the ends until finally, you have a decorative class to hold your wrapping paper in place until next year’s holidays.

3. Better Christmas Letters

Ever since the Internet and emails took over, envelopes have pretty much become obsolete in this world, so you might not have any that you can use to send ordinary Christmas letters with.

So instead of wasting your chances of having to go out and buy one, you can turn your letter into its own envelope. First, take the letter and increase it in the center before folding the opposite corners into the center line.

Fold the two edges and then give the letter a slight turn to fold the tips to complete a rectangle shape. And when you tuck the corners in the flaps underneath them, your letter will have become a rather convincing envelope.

The last thing to do would be to address it, add a stamp to it and then have it ready for posting.

4. Fun and Festive Breakfast

To ensure you enjoy a jovial holiday breakfast, pour some pancake mix into a cleaned out condiment bottle.

Then take some large metal cookie cutters and place them into a small tray of cooking oil and then have it placed on a pre-greased and preheated cooking pan.

Then pour some of the pancake batters within the cookie-cutter and let it cook for under a minute. As soon as the pancake batter becomes firm, take a clean pair of pliers to remove the metal cookie cutters.

Don’t worry because the pancake’s shape will hold by then. Finish the rest of the pancake like you usually do before you make yourself some more.

The last thing to do would be to add some butter and maple syrup on top of the pancakes and you’re all set for your festive and impressive breakfast.
