Every new parent loves those first special moments they experience with their babies, varying from their first words to their first steps. In this video, we see a dad’s hilarious interview with his fourteen-month daughter and his extremely funny take on watching his daughter grow.
This isn’t the first interview this funny dad has made with his adorable daughter.
This video is posted on a channel run by a dad named La Guardia Cross and he first interviewed with his daughter, Amalah, when she was one week old! He makes music, art, and films so why not make a hilarious interview with your first baby!
His channel is full of hilarious videos like this one all featuring his adorable daughters and the funny moments they share. It is so charming to see these families’ silly adventures and to see them grow in a fun and amusing way.
The way the dad interprets his daughter’s babbles is hysterical and probably somewhat accurate because when you listen to her, it sounds almost exactly what the dad says! Everyone loves interviews with their favorite celebrities, and this interview with a toddler, makes those seem not as interesting.
He starts the interview off by asking the basic questions, such as why she refuses to sleep through the night.
The video starts with a hilarious intro, which recalls how this is the New Dad Chronicles, and as we jump into the video he sits down across his fourteenth month old like it is a real interview! He acknowledges how much she has grown since their last interview when she was a week old and it’s so funny to watch her reaction to her dad.
As he recognizes all her areas of growth, he still has one pressing question: why can she not sleep through the night? A question I am sure most parents can relate to. As she babbles her response, the dad edits on hilarious captions which actually sound almost like what she is actually trying to say! Maybe the dad wasn’t that far off.
After this hilarious bit, we move on to the “Toddler Intelligence Test”, which he asks his daughter basic questions a toddler should know. She passes the first two tests with flying colors, but then he hits her with a curveball, and she still gets it right! What a smart little girl.
After the Toddler Intelligence Test, we move onto probably the hardest category for a toddler; sharing!
As she is eating her snack, her dad tries to ask for a little piece and she starts to hand it to him. Only for her to pull it away at the last second and leave him hungry! Even when the food is a little too hot, she does not want to have him cool it down.
After the sharing category, we move on to the contribution category, which is a category we are sure a lot of parents can relate to as well. What exactly is it these adorable babies bring to help with expenses? As he asks her this question she sure does have a hilarious response, at least the dad’s interpretation makes it seem so.
Even though we can’t be for sure on what she is saying, we would like to think the dad’s interpretation is pretty spot-on, it sure does sound like it! They end the video with her “contributing” a cute little toot and this video makes you want to try and interview the nearest toddler.
