Babies can be sneaky! You never know what they are getting into when they are out of sight and a parent’s best tool to combat a sneaky kid is usually a baby monitor.
Since the rise in popularity of baby monitors, there has been an equal level of growth in “hilarious baby monitor videos”.
To be honest, we aren’t all that mad about it. Seeing a hilarious baby do something they thought was totally private is what we all live to see during the week. One little kid got caught red-handed recently and the resulting video is absolutely wonderful.
Liz Rose is a TikTok mom who uploads videos of her baby.
She happened to catch a baby monitor video of her kid and as you can imagine after seeing it, it soon went viral. The video starts with her looking at the monitor’s screen because she noticed that her kid was jumping up and down soon after she put her to bed.
It was nap time and the little girl clearly wasn’t down for it.
As the little baby bounced, her mom watched her having the time of her life and clearly NOT going to sleep. Soon, Liz got on the microphone and was able to speak to the little girl in the other room.
Whispering “Bella!”, Liz got the baby’s attention!
As soon as she heard her name being called, Bella dropped to the floor of her crib and laid down on the mattress like she had been totally asleep the entire time! She had no idea where her mom was and when she heard her name, she totally tried to fake like she had been asleep the entire time.
Liz wrote in the caption, “I’m literally dying”, and people all across the platform loved it.
The video had been viewed over 13 million times! As we can clearly see, our little ones have a bit of a rebellious streak even when they are super young – it starts early, apparently! Maybe little Bella has a future in acting that her mom needs to let her pursue when she gets older.

Babies are usually WAY smarter than we give them credit for! It’s no wonder they are always getting into things we don’t expect. Also, moms have such a big task on their hands. Having a “naughty” baby takes a lot of energy but usually, they turn out to be kids with a ton of personality!
