Everyone enjoys getting sung to sleep, whether it’s listening to music or actually getting serenaded. The same can be said for animals, and this video of an adorable three-year-old singing a horse to sleep proves this statement!
The video starts with the little girl holding the horse’s head in her lap as she serenades him and pets him gently.
Behind the scenes of the video, the three-year-old named Myf climbed up the old strainer post while singing, and the curious horses, Chester and Teddy, came over to see what she was doing. This led to the horse being pet and serenaded to sleep.

As the video progresses, you can see the horse contently close his eyes, rest his big head on her lap and fall asleep. As Myf strokes and sings to the horse, you can feel the positive energy radiating off the little girl.

Singing to horses generally encourages them to relax and become more focused on their work. In this case, Myf’s singing definitely relaxed her horse, so much he fell asleep!
